I ordered three of these ornaments and they shipped out super quick! Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged during transit and I needed the items replaced. Customer service was INCREDIBLE and they sent replacements right away. They are absolutely beautiful and will definitely be heirloom pieces that we'll cherish for years to come.
