Customer service is brilliant! As mentioned in other posts, the light fits into a wooden stand, so isn't fixed. You need to buy a plug if you'd like it to go into mains, as it is a USB fitting. There are a few slight marks/scuffs on the glass, but my girls love them!! (aged 2 and 4)
