PROCESSING TIMES
All products are personalised and handmade to order but our aim is to process your order as quickly as possible! We try to get all orders made and sent out within 1-3 working days of ordering.
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 Tracked and fixed at a standard rate of £3.50. This ensures swift delivery with the aim of getting your order to you as quickly as the next day.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times from when order is dispatched:
United Kingdom: 1-2 working days
International: 4-10 working days
Please bear in mind this is a delivery aim but at seasonal times like Christmas, this can be longer with delays - kindly note, we will not be held responsible for delays during transit.
All orders are fully tracked along the way and are usually delivered next working day from dispatch.

Delivery will only be made to the shipping address stated on your order. Please ensure this is correct at the time of ordering.

All orders over £35 qualify for free next day delivery.
BANK HOLIDAYS
Although we do work on most bank holidays, our couriers do not collect from us on these days. Please allow an extra 2 working days if ordering within the bank holiday period for your order to be processed and dispatched.
