All products are personalised and handmade to order but our aim is to process your order as quickly as possible! We try to get all orders out within 1-3 working days of ordering. However please bear in mind this can increase at busy times like Christmas. We do our best to keep our dispatch times up to date and will keep you informed in busy seasonal periods.
All UK orders are fixed at a standard rate and dispatched via Royal Mail. The price of P&P depends on what service is chosen at checkout.
If you need your order quicker and are in the UK, please contact us prior to making an order and we can discuss options. Please note, unfortunately we can't promise anything during busy periods like Christmas.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times from when order is dispatched:
United Kingdom: 1-5 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of World: 1-3 weeks
Please bear in mind this is a delivery aim but at seasonal times like Christmas, this can be longer with delays - kindly note, we will not be held responsible for delays during transit.
All orders placed with standard shipping chosen at checkout are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 - this is usually 2-3 working days from dispatch but can't always be guaranteed if there are delays.
All orders placed with Royal Mail 24 TRACKED are fully tracked along the way and is normally delivered next working day from dispatch.
Our aim is to work with our couriers to get your order delivered efficiently as possible depending on how large your order is. Any large orders placed are dispatched via express next working day.
Shipping is calculated on your order at checkout. Price will be dependant on items in your basket. Our fixed rate for standard shipping is £2.50 but can be more depending on what service you choose.
Delivery will only be made to the shipping address stated on your order. Please ensure this is correct at the time of ordering.
TRACKING
All orders are dispatched and generated with a tracking reference linked to the order. However all orders dispatched with standard shipping are only generated with delivery conformation, the track and trace system with Royal Mail only updates with Royal Mail attempt delivery.
If you chose TRACKED as method of shipping when ordering, this is a fully tracked service via Royal Mail and can be tracked along the way.
FREE DELIVERY
All orders over £50 qualify for free next day delivery.
BANK HOLIDAYS
Although we do work on most bank holidays, our couriers do not collect from us on these days. Please allow an extra 2 working days if ordering within the bank holiday period for your order to be processed and dispatched.
