Lovely new borns gift especially for a jungle themed nursery

I had ordered a heart for one of my bridesmaids and when it came there was a scratch on her name. Ben was fantastic and helped refund my money as I had paid for another one and replaced the spoilt one with a new one. It arrived so quickly and he was so helpful getting me the new one over. Cannot thank him enough for helping and sorting the situation. Will use them again as they are a very efficient and professional business
