The plaque was really nice, and my uncle loved it. I was told it would be there by Saturday, but got it on Monday. I checked on Royal Mail, and the 24-hour tracked service is for business days, so that's what annoyed me a little, as I'm sure the business is aware of that since they use Royal Mail all the time. I would have preferred the transparency since I did ask about delivery times.
