Item is lovely and really lovely quality. Seller very helpful. Royal Mail said item was delivered when it wasn't despite being home all day. Item arrived in a few days but if ordering for a gift and the item goes 'missing' it takes at least 10 days to resolve. My item arrived in time thankfully and I'm happy with the service recieved.
