Beautiful item, well made and packages safely.
There is no star rating for Customer Service as I didn't make contact.
Its a lovely personal gift that I cant wait to give. It arrived within the delivery time and will be a lovely keepsake.
The only criticism that I have to make is I would have liked to have a choice in colour of the ribbon and also the hole at the top where the ribbon goes through is not quite central. I haven't made contact with the seller as I am sure once it is up on the Christmas tree it won't notice..
